Hello everyone, I'm currently paying £8 a month for HD and £4 for UHD. Yet when I try to watch something in UHD I get the message that I need to upgrade to watch it. I'm sure I've got all the correct settings on my tv. I've tried ringing Sky but it's virtually impossible to get help. If anyone here can help me I'd really appreciate it.
