Password reset not working

Hi, just installed sky sports app however asking me for my Sky password, completely forgot it and when I go to reset it, it sends me an email with a link that then goes back to asking me to send me another link to reset. Basically a vicious circle where I can't reset

What are you using to sign into this Q forum ???

That's the annoying thing. It's auto for SkyGo app and when I log in on browser. But completely forgot the password as I just installed the sky sports app as wanting to watch red button later. When I try and reset it just sends an email, that has a link to request a change via email.... continuous loop

What browser are you using as it will save a copy of the password somewhere that you should be able to view ?

What device have you installed the Sky Sports app on ?
