Can’t log into Netflix on laptop

Tried calling sky 3 times, they keep sending me texts that are no help.

Two boxes failed last week and today we can get onto Netflix on Sky TV but not on any mobile devices, it's asking us to set up a new account - we transferred our original Netflix account to the Sky package and was told this would not disrupt our current usage.

Hi @Cathy381 

You need to use the same Sky Netflix login that you use on your Q box
