Re: Paramount+ not working on Sky Q again
I've just been on chat to Paramount Plus about this. They are as useless as Sky just advising reboot etc when it's clearly a central issue somewhere.

paramount plus won’t play anything
we watched paramount plus last night on q box and worked fine.
Today we can get on the app but once you click on something to watch you just get a loading circle, or the home page freezes after a few seconds.
we have refreshed apps with the 001 code
reset the box twice
reset the internet
watched on a different device and tried again on the q box.
nothing is working, we just want to finish mob land 🤦♀️

Paramount+ frozen
When i access Paramount i can only get to screen where you choose a programme but then its frozen. Ive rebooted the box but its been like this for 6 hours now

This does not sound like a Sky Plus issue, do you have Sky Q

Paramount + won’t work
I subscribe to paramount +. I can load it but I cannot get on to anything at all?

Paramont+ just buffering
Hi, I have watched to episode 5 of Mobland on Paramont + and it is now just showing a black screen with a buffering symbol. I have signed out and signed back in and also switched the whole system off for an hour before switching back on, but still just buffering 😡 Any ideas greatly appreciated

Also having the same problem, I've done a reset and an app refresh, they didn't work.
Just finished chatting with paramount support who said the issue is with Sky, so hopefully this gets fixed soon!

I've reported this to Sky in our Superuser closed area of the community.
Will mark this as the answer for now, awaiting any further response from Sky.

Definitely a sky Q problem, can get paramount + to work on my tablet and phone but on Sky Q its just a buffering black screen when you go to watch a programme.
Come on sky sort yourselves out, we give you enough money every month, but your service is getting very bad now. May need to move to virgin media once contract is up.
