I've got the same problem, Paramount Plus was working fine yesterday and I was trying to finish watching the rest of Mobland and now I can't, just get a spinning circle and nothing loads up.Very frustrating all the other apps and everything else on my sky q box is working fine.

Paramount + issue

I'm trying to watch Mobland with loading issues on Paramount+ via my Sky subscription with my SkyQ box. I'm guessing it's an app, is there another way to watch Paramount+ via Sky?

 

If Sky subscribers have to contact Paramount because Sky won't do this on behalf of its subscribers, then please can you give us Paramount's contact details.

Can't seem to talk to anyone at Sky to find out what's going on !! Hopefully they will sort it out soon as waiting to watch the last episode of Mobland 🤦‍♀️ 😊

It's annoying because it was only yesterday we signed up to the standard subscription at an extra three quid a month to avoid the ads, and now we can't watch anything at all.

Do you have a Sky+ tv set top box? Or do you have Sky Q or Stream/Glass?

Nightmare..... last time it was Sky Q that went down and now it's Paramount I wonder what's going on with Sky. Just no communication to customers just left hoping it will return 👍

@Sharonwillis just so you know, we're customers here, just as you are. It's unlikely that Sky will reply to your post here, so best to hold on for their reply on the phone..

Paramount+ not working on Sky Q again

I am one of many people who have reported that the Paramount+ app provided as part of Sky Cinema, keeps failing. It is now impossible to watch as once you select the profile, the whole application freezes and programs cannot be selected. This is extremely frustrating and seems to have been going on for months, if not years. Sky -you need to sort this out with Paramount otherwise you will be losing customers
