Paramount +

My paramount + will not let me go any further than opening the App ? Won't let me stream anything

Thank you for your patience whilst our support teams worked to resolve the problem. We've had confirmation that it is now resolved. 

 

If you continue to have this problem, please restart your device, so the it can pick up a fresh connection to Paramount.

Paramount + fault

I can get into the app but when entering the menu it just freezes. It was fine last night but this morning I have this fault. I've rebooted both the Q box and wifi, updated box software and updated apps with no change. Please advise. Note: I have no issues with Netflix, Disney Plus or Prime.

Not personally and I have been watching in HD and 4K HDR (loved MobLand).

 

Usual suggestions are power cycle the box (unplug from the mains), same for the router and try an apps refresh in the hidden menu.


To enter hidden menu press Home and navigate down to Settings but do not select Settings.
With Settings highlighted press 0 0 1 Select.
Select Apps then highlight Refresh all Apps on this box.
You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'. This will stay on screen until you press Dismiss to return to normal viewing
It’s recommended waiting at least 5 minutes before doing so.

Refresh Apps can take up to 24 hrs to complete .

Sounds like you have tried all we would suggest to try and fix.

 

One thing though, an app refresh can sometimes take up to 24 hours to complete fully.

It does do a cache clean of the app as well as version checks.

 

If, when its 24 hours or so and you are still having the issue, come back here and we can try passing you to the Sky community messaging team for for further help.

I'm having the identical problem - I just get a spinning circle.

 

It's not acceptable to simply say wait 24 hours. 

 

The subscription is really expensive to get poor service.

Paramount + spinning

I've completed resets and online check reports no problem with connection. 

 

But all i get on the Para+ app is a spinning wheel after ring to watch Mobland.

 

I get tonthe main menu but then scrolling freezes. 

 

No problem with the remote batteries.

 

Any ideas (short of wait 24 hours which is not reasonable when paying so much for a subscription)?

Hi my paramount plus account lets me get in but it seems to crash bcuz I can't scroll any plus programs up n down or across has all my other apps r working perfectly so i want 2 find out why this is happening

I am also having these issues and have also done All the troubleshooting. 

Come on Sky. Your subscription is expensive so your users would like some help please?

Paramount plus freezing

I go to apps and select paramount +, launch app and select my profile fine. I navigate down once, then it just freezes. I have turned the box on and off. I have rebooted the router. I have updated the sky q box. I have refreshed the apps. Nothing has worked ..please help.

Yes.  When I signed up I wrote down my password.  (If you didn't then click on 'Forgot password?' https://www.paramountplus.com/gb/account/signin/)

 

I've just tried Q app and indeed freezes (I think when trying to stream first Ads).

 

Works perfectly on my native TV app.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
