Hi @PoshMichele
Assuming your Broadband Speed isn't the issue,
Try a Reset Settings in the Q box hidden menu.
To enter hidden menu press Home and navigate down to Settings but do not select Settings.
With Settings highlighted press 0 0 1 Select.
Only Carry out the first Reset (Reset Settings) as the other two will wipe all recordings.
After the Reset you will have to re pair your Bluetooth remote If you use one.
If you cannot switch the Q box on with the remote after the Reset press the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the box.
To re pair the remote press 1 & 3 together on the remote and follow onscreen instructions to re pair.
Make sure that you are pointing the remote at the Q box when you press 1 & 3 together.
Resetting the settings will also reset:
Audio visual settings, such as picture resolution and HDMI control
Settings changed within the hidden engineer menu, include LNB type. If on a communal dish you need to reset the LNB to SCR in the hidden menu. After changing the LNB type you need to reboot the Q box.

Exactly the same problem. I've updated software. Switch off and on both sky q box and internet box. Happens at 31 seconds left of second advert every time

We have been told in an update from Sky today in our closed community area this is still with Sky and Paramount working for a solution.
It is being actioned.
The same problem is occurring for Sky Glass and Stream customers;
As per the previous Sky status answered post in the thread for Sky Glass/Stream for the same issue;
Current status Answered post link on the Sky Glass and Stream issue thread

Paramount+ error 3005 sky Q
Paramount+ will stall on as breaks at 31seconds remaining then either display error code 3005 or skip to next episode.
It will then take up to half an hour going back and trying to continue watching the episode before it will work.
This has been going on for about 2 weeks now and it's very frustrating. Can someone recommend a fix

Re: Paramount+
I have reported the issue to Paramount + and they're looking into it . I made them aware that I am not the only customer with this problem.

Re: Paramount + error code 3005
I'm having the same issue, it's impossible to watch anything. I've been onto Sky three times, once they updated Apps, that didn't work, then told me to play it on my phone for 15 minutes that worked but only until the next ads. I've phone Sky again and they said there is a known issue paramount are working on and havd been since 21st March. This affects Sky glass and Q. It's rubbish as basically Paramount is not currently usable and I only pay for Sky Movies to get paramount !!!
SKY, you need to sort this issue fast

Re: Paramount+
Have noticed that this seems to have been fixed finally for me on my Sky Stream.
So hope it is now fixed for those of you on Sky Q having the same issue.
Watched the latest episode of Mobland and the last two episodes of 1923, without any problems.
Notice a few others are saying the same in the Sky Stream thread.
Hope it is now working for others here too.
