Cannot get paramount on tv saying I have to pay and it's included in my package

You have a Sky Movies sub?

 

If so, have you following the instructions?  https://www.sky.com/help/articles/using-paramount-plus

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Paramount plus on Sky is Free if you have the Sky Cinema package.

However you mus first subscribe through Sky Marketplace and set up an account (free of charge) on the Paramount plus website.
