Paramount plus

I recently had to get a new Sky q box. 
signed into paramount plus and on the screen it says good news you have it with sky cinema. Log in with email and password with we do and it says account not recognised . we have changed password and that still has not resolved the issue. Anybody got any advice on how to resolve this issue

@Louise103 have you tried completely registering forb paramount + again as per the info in the link below
