All non-sky apps disappeared from sky glass TV

I have just been given a new 2TB Sky Q Box and i have no available apps except for the Sky app visible, the 1TB box that turned up last week did have all apps visible.

I can technically use the voice control, but Paramount + can only be accessed, occasionally, when i get it just right...... speaking "Paramount PPPPPLLLLLLLLUUUUUURRRRRRSSSS" - it doesoent recognise saying Paramount + in a normal voice.... it just takes you to 5 action channel

Once i have signed in i thought it would then appear in the apps menu..... but it doesnt

To check & refresh software & apps,follow all the steps on this link (skipping any that are OK):

Note : The refresh apps can take hours or longer to actually happen
