Half the Channels arent Working

Half the channels in Sky Q are not working! Blue screen saying you can still use Apps or A No Signal Message!

(A loss of 50% of channels indicates one of the two feeds has an issue)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
