Paramount plus

 New to Sky Q, am told have Paramount Plus as an freebie for a few months but cannot activate it. When I click on the Get Paramount + box it goes to a screen that is an error message (MYSKY_2998) Can't use sign in box as don't have credentials. Any suggestions? Thanks.

@bluebluemoon  Paramount is free for existing sky cinema customers (unless this has changed) do you subscribe to the cinema package?

Got Sky Cinema but the Paramount will not load when I attempt it, hence the message on the screen.

If anyone else had this issue the reason was out of date software on my newly installed Q box, once updated I got into it.
