I am having intermittent but more frequent issues with my SkyQ box. When I use (say) Prime Video app and I get an error message, I press the Sky button to return to Sky. Then I just get a blank (black) screen and nothing returns. The only thing I can do is unplug the SkyQ box and plug the power back in again and reboot. This is becoming more frequent and is a real pain. Any ideas?

Hi @Rob+Mab
When exiting Apps it's best to use the Exit App button if there is one. Otherwise keep pressing the Q remote Dismiss button (left of home button) repeatedly until the get the box to exit.

Thanks but there are no App exit buttons when it fails. It simply says "Something went wrong" and even using the back button does nothing.
