Sky Q

My Sky Q box is stuck on amber. I've tried switching it on both with my remote and with the standby button on the front of my Sky Q box. Any suggestions?

Switch it off at the mains plug for a few minutes, then repower it and wait for another few minutes before trying the remote again.
