I've just got Sky Cinema with Paramount+ included. I followed the instructions but had an account, but wasn't subscribed already with the same email address so logged on. It says there's no active subscription. I called Sky and they say I have to DELETE my paramount account and recreate it. This means emailing Paramount. I can't believe that everyone moving from a paramount subscription to getting it via sky has to delete their account. That would be ridiculous, but getting zero constructive help from the Sky so called help desk. Anyone else had this and know what the resolution is?

I've sorted the issue. Typed in the website given rather than using the QR code which sent me to the app. This let me enter the code, and then sign in using my existing account. Hopefully Paramount will get the message to not deactive the account.

Hi I have the same issue. Cannot get paramount plus to work at all. I have tried doing it via website. But nope....help anyone?

Have you got the app installed? I'd try deleting it if you have, and reinstalling once you have managed to log in.
