Paramount + not working keep getting error message 2304 even though I have sky cinema

Also having an issue with paramount plus...saying j have no active account when I log in on tg, but sky saying accounts are linked

Yes..tried that

Tried resting box

Tried reaing apps

Gone into my sky and clicked activate 

And everytime I try to load paramount plus I end up going jn circles again
