Paramount + issues on sky mini box

I have Paramount + on my sky box downstairs but it does not let me log into it on the mini box upstairs. I follow instructions to sign in but it's says my details are incorrect which they are not

Hi @BeckyWal 

Make sure all your Q boxes (including minis) are on the same latest Software (at least Q220....)
