Recently upgraded to Sky Q trying to get Paramount + but screen shows following message
" Well be back soon
something went wrong, but we're working on this. Please try again later.

Assume you have Sky Q Cinema.
Have you followed the procedure outlined in the following link

Hi buddy, yes followed all instructions, however someone mentioned updating the box, gave it a go and after a bit of faffing have succeeded in sorting Paramount out. Happy days thanks
