Failed, no subscription

I am getting intermittent issues with downloads. If I download 2 episodes of the same series (Sky channels), one might download and the other will say Failed, no subscription. 

I just had my Sky Q box replaced today to fix this and to fix a slow download issue. The download speed is improved but the other issue not. 

I have updated the software on the new box before trying downloads. 

Clearly I do have a subscription!
