No paramount plus discovery app

Engineer visited Thursday since then no paramount plus or discovery plus app on sky q mini box. Is on the main box.  After a 60 min call with an advisor going through various 'fixes' told to leave it 24hrs and he was confident it would be fixed after using the hidden apps menu and rebuilding the app still no apps.

Having the same problem at the moment after getting a new quad box paramount won't start up on my mini box. Did you get a resolution?
