Paramount + app not showing on Sky Q

I recently upgraded to sky q from sky +. Paramount + worked fine on sky + but since I got sky q and activated my paramount account and linked to Sky account there is no paramount + app showing. I have spoken to technical and refreshed the apps still nothing? Can anyone please help?

Hi @Peter280 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on?

Have you tried using voice control to find the app?

I haven't no, where do I go to do that please

1. Go to Settings, then System Info and highlight Software version.
2. Choose Setup and then select Software download.
3. Your box will start to download the latest software. This can take up to 10 minutes.
4. To check the status of the software download, go to Settings, then System info and highlight Software version.
5. When it says "Software update successful" press the Standby button on your remote.
6. When your box restarts, follow the on screen messages. You'll then be on the latest software version
