Skybox over heating

Sky Box extremely hot and I am concerned it will catch fire.

Hi @SJE1 SKY Q boxes are designed to let heat dissipate from the inside through the case, however the case should not be too hot that you cannot place your hand on it?

@SJE1  Is the box getting plenty of ventilation?  It needs  good air flow around it and not the be sat in an enclosed space/cupboard or on top of other appliances that give off heat such as a hifi unit, TV etc.
