We have sky cinima and have done the steps to active it however when I go to sky.com/paramount plus-active it keep coming up with an error saying that I might've missed steps but I haven't. This is also our one and only new sky account that we had just gotten installed.
I'm looking everywhere and people are just getting "follow the steps" as a response... I've followed the step a million times and it doesn't work!!
