Very good idea 😊 it could be that I stay with Prime.
Seems that through Sky has been an awful lot of hassle! 😡

Suddenly after a lot of messing about and a lot of help from the experts it finally seems to be working properly and I'm really pleased because I was getting annoyed with the Prime Paramount+ because I couldn't remember where I was up to on my programs 😂

Yes it's finally up and running again. I had to have my issue 'escalated' by one of the Sky Community Superusers. It takes a bit of time but for me was well worth it.

I have not had paramount plus on sky q since Sunday. Escalated to sky over an hour on phone no success. Messaged paramount aware of problem asked my sky account number waiting message back from them on Tuesday. I am a sky cinema customer, who a year ago added the £3 surcharge for add free. Suddenly in February 2026 my bank did not like sky marketplace payment and stopped it. I cannot get it to downgrade to free with ads option.

Ive had the same problem calling sky and paramount plus for 3 weeks with no joy until Friday...I called sky and they removed paramount plus from my account which took less than 24 hours to happen...I then went on sky market place and got paramount plus again...i activated it and logged in using my original paramount plus account details and it's all working fine again

So yesterday between phoning sky and paramount I have still no further on after 8 days.
i had sky take cinema off and on again still no paramount.
i was told by sky to phone paramount. I now want taken off standard and go to basic with ads. I should note on my sky app or on tv I cannot do this.
paramount say it's an issue and they will email shortly about problem and they can not downgrade me.
so back to sky who then suggested I cancel sky cinema and come back to them in April and see if paramount sorts out
i am really confused, annoyed with this. Something that seems simple, I cannot alter, sky or paramount either.

I'm sorry you are having an issue with your Paramount+ but I wanted to share some steps our advisers are directing customers through that mix fix this 'Uh-oh' issue for you.
-
First, sign in to sky.com using your primary Sky ID.

Go to your Products list and select “Activate” next to Paramount+.
If the status shows “Already yours”:
This means Paramount+ is fully active. The customer just needs to ensure they are logging into the Paramount+ app using the same email address they used during sign‑up.
If Paramount+ does not appear in the list:

Go to Manage content packs.

Next to Paramount+, select the tier you wish to purchase / activate.

Complete the activation journey from there.
