renewal didn't doing anything. As above it's a multiple channel incident. A raise a complaint form or B phone - speak to the specific values team . I don't think it'll be fixed for everyone anytime soon - it's different problems for diff users.

I'd absolutely LOVE to pay my Marketplace "debt".  Obviously there is no online solution.  I had a zero-result online chat for 1.5 hours today. Any clues as to who to call ?    (no - not 'Ghostbusters')

Managed to pay the £12 Marketplace debt today after a few trys in the last month, last time I rang they said they would add it to the normal bill, that didnt happen.   So rang up, got through eventually and said need to pay outstanding £12 to Marketplace. She actually found it, something that hadn't happened before, then she took the card payment over the phone and the debt is now cleared.  I think it must depend who you get when you ring up as we had tried before without success.  They had managed to get Paramount working after I downgraded to the free one, I am not going to upgrade it again because so many people have payments fail, its not worth the bother.

Mine worked after I downgraded to the free version, I didnt want to pay for something I wasn't getting and was having trouble with the failing payments anyway.  After a few days of downgrading they sent me a link as I hadn't logged in (I couldn't), might be worth anyone on the paid version doing that and seeing if it works and then re-upgrading when it seems to have settled down.

Right so I've gone from one problem to another. Now I can sign in but get the dreaded uh- oh message! Apparently it's a known issue and is "being sorted".......

It's rubbish isn't it 😩 I just want to watch my favourite programmes which mostly happen to be on Paramount at the moment........ or maybe that's only because I can't 😜

What you can do if you have Amazon Prime is sign up to Paramount without ads with them for free 7 days, you dont need a Paramount log in for this, it goes through Amazon. I did this when mine went down to watch Landman finale and another series. When I went to cancel this they offered me 3 months at £2.40 a month which I took so I could carry on with it as the Sky one still wasnt working.
