to get this offer you need to do it in rewards from sky vip in the app on your phone set up a completely new account with new email account to paramount and new payment method

Just tried signing up for free trial by following the link i got and it keeps wanting to charge me as the promotional discount code usnt automatically filled in as they said . Please help isnt the first time an issue with vip

Hello, I'm a bit late to the game but also took this offer up through SKY VIP in April.

 

Several emails to and fro with Paramount and they now tell me to contact SKY.

 

What a waste of time and a waste of an offer.

I have had exactly the same issue.  VIP says I am able to redeem 6 months free (basic plan).  I went through to purchase, put in card details and have been charged.  I called customer service and they were also extremely unhelpful.  Said the offer was not available and I must be making it up despite having a screenshot of the offer.  The chat not service is dreadful and not quite sure what my options are as I'm not sure there is a designated VIP team you can speak on the phone with or chat to via an online chat.  Any help will be welcomed

I received a phone call today asking as a VIP 25+ years would I like sky cinema for free plus paramount + and 2 cinema tickets every month? Who wouldn't I agreed. 
I would be saving £19 as it's free until 2026?

As I wasn't at home when receiving this call

I couldn't access the app on my tv. 
when I did I was so disappointed and confused, my so called FREE sky cinema was £10 a month saving £3 I'm still wondering where the savings of £19 comes in. 
After a very long  phone conversation which went nowhere, I was told that they would attempt to to stop the charges on my bill. 
what charges? This was 2 hours after first agreeing to my FREE PACKAGE. 
They've now cancelled my FREE sky cinema but I can have paramount + free for the next month?????????!!!

I've asked for a supervisor to call so I will update asap 

Good God if this is Sky at their best for loyal customers I think I may be looking elsewhere 🤬
