I've gone an issue with the Paramount Plus app where I can't switch profiles from kids as it is asking for a pin. I have checked my account and it doesn't have a pin and I have tried adding a pin to my account and using this but it keeps saying the pin is wrong. I can't sign out as you can't do this from within a kid's profile and there's stupidly no way to force sign outs remotely from the Paramount side. I've tried resetting the apps from the 001 menu and this didn't help. Anyone got any ideas?

I have followed all links to reset the pin. I've had it switched off completely, switched back on and reset the pin but it still asks for the pin on Sky. It doesn't ask on any other devices. It's like it's out of sync.

Could it be that the app is locked and it's asking for your sky pin ?

I get into the app itself fine. I can play videos from the kid's profile so am in the app and on the right account. It is when I come to switch profiles it asks for a pin.
