Package to return equipment

Says sending stuff out for me to return equipment but I haven't cancelled just renewed contract 🤷‍♂️

@hgould Have you changed from Q to Stream or Glass?

 

If not, wait and see if you actually received the packaging. If you do ring Sky to say it's been sent in error to you.

Can't get through and chat not available. Pretty poor overall but web shows contract running to 2027 so will keep packing for a week or so then recycle
