Mysky_4016 error when cancelling apps

Hi there

 

For the last few days I have been trying to cancel HayU and Mvmnt through Sky Q tv (as advised). When I select to cancel the subscriptions, I get the error:

 

"Something went wrong, but we're working on it. Please try again later. MYSKY_4016"

 

I have restarted the sky box and no change. Any suggestions?

Have you tried doing this via the MySky app on a mobile instead:

 

Go to the TV section, then My Bill section, there will be a section listed Marketplace, under that click on View subscriptions.

You should be able to cancel it there.
