Had skyq installed a couple of weeks ago.Every time I try accessing the red button recap on sky sports for example,i get a blue screen saying" There is a technical issue.Please try again later" code WGT8. The red button never loads.

Also what happens if you select the (...) button to the right of the Home key & select the SKy Sports App from there ?

@JN4 I think sometimes refreshing the apps sorts this error message
you need to enter the engineers menu
To enter the engineers menu do the follow
press the home button then scroll down to setting and hi-light
do not press select/enter but press 001 then select this takes you into the engineers menu
scroll down to apps > refresh

I get the same technical issue message when I open the app from the home key.The sky sports app opens on the right of the screen. Why is the red button option/recap not working?

hi @JN4
When you open the app from the (...) button do you know if it is deifinitely the new SKY Sports app which typically starts with a list of live/upcoming Football & a left menu set of icons to take you to other sports ?
I suspect you are getting the old SKY SPorts app which had Results listings (I think) amongst other options
It may be that your Software & apps are not fully up to date
To check & refresh if needed follow all the steps on this link (skipping any that are OK):
Software / Apps update
Note after selecting the Refresh apps (as detailed later in that link) it may tae a little time for them to refresh

Thank you. I am now refreshing my apps. Hopefully that will fix the issue.

How would I find this? My apos have refreshed but I still have the old sky sports menu.

Definitely out of date - as Q270 is th elatest & I think needed for the latest Sports App

Scroll right & select Setup & Press Software Download

I have downloaded to Q270 on the main box. Do I have to do this on all mini boxes for the update to work,as I still have the technical issue message showing and the old sky sports app on the main box.
