Trying to pair my remote to me mini box, when I press 1 and 3 down together, it flashes 20 times

Nothing happens after it flashes 20 times. I have followed all the steps. Has anyone else had this and managed to resolve it?

Have you tried resetting the remote ?

To reset :

Press & Hold the 7 & 9 until the remote's light flashes 4 times

Then try the re-pair -  the  1 & 3 together

make sure it has line of sight of the box as until it is re-paired, it uses Infrared

Did you get this fixed ? This happened to me tonight and I can't reset the remote - it doesn't flash twice when I hold 1&3 - it flashes 20 times @Chloe2602  @Sky
