Our sky multi room is buffering. I’ve tried deactivating the box, the main box and the network.

Our sky multi room is buffering. I’ve tried deactivating the box, the main box and the network. Recorded programmes are ok and Netflix is working fine, via the sky multi room box. But live tv buffers so much, it is not watchable
