Hi @Christopher41 

Have you tried pressing the Standby button (Amber led) on the front of the Q box.
If this turns the Q box on
With the Q box on with green led try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair to TV.

We just cant get it back on , weve tryed differents leads and nothing is bringing it back on

Thankyou it's come back on.,, but the volume on the remote stopped working

We have a sky+HD box not a skyQ and the same problem is happening to us. The remote works as it can turn on the TV but the light remains orange on the sky box. We've turned it off many times but are unsure what to do.

Sky no longer support Sky+HD boxes so your options are to switch to Sky Q or source a replacement Sky+HD box from eBay or a refurbished box supplier. Amazon sell renewed +HD boxes for under £50. 

You can just swap your cabling and viewing card over and carry on as you were.
