Our sky Q remote control is worn out with various buttons not working. We need a replacement.
I have tried searching for help, keep getting referred to help guides that are no help and wasted loads of time with the virtual assistant that is a great example of artificial unintelligence.
All we need is an email address, phone number or form to request a replacement remote control!
Can anyone help?
Thanks

Its certain buttons, notably the 0 that are just worn out.
On the basis that when we gave up multiscreen (trying to reduce costs) Sky insisted we return the remote, surely they should replace it?
Hi @MikeJill16
As already posted there is a form to replace your remote (free of charge) unless you are in ROI.
Check the following link and it will lead to a form for a replacement remote.

Re: Our Sky Q remote control is worn out. How do we order a replacement?
@MikeJill16
After checking the basics, ie; fresh batteries, re-pairing etc if your Sky Q remote is definitely broken/faulty, if you follow this link it should allow you to do some more troubleshooting and then it’ll send you to a form to request a replacement (apparently this is not available to customers in the ROI).

(It might be quicker to purchase a new one from a retailer / main supermarket. If you do that as well you’ll always have a spare).

I know this is an old thread but it doesn't matter if you're in the UK or ROI as I am and have received a free replacement already. Now I need one for my mini box and have applied for one.

Re: Our Sky Q remote control is worn out. How do we order a replacement?
Hi
I just tried your link as my Sky remote volume simply stopped working but when I try to get any help on their website, it refers to Sky glass etc and I just have ordinary Sky!
Don't get me started on their VA!
Thanks for that link though, hopefully it'll work for us.

Could I please order a sky Q remote as mine as gone. There's 3 buttons that work i can't turn my TV on with it so I'm watching nothing at the moment till I receive one. Thanks

@Anonymous
If your Sky Q remote is definitely broken/faulty, if you follow this link it should allow you to do some more troubleshooting and then it’ll send you to a form to request a replacement (I’m not sure if this is available to customers in the Republic of Ireland).

It may be quicker to purchase a new remote from a retailer / larger supermarket. If you do that as well as the above you’ll have a spare.
In the meantime if you have an Apple device with Sky Go you can possibly set up a virtual remote to control your Sky Q box. See this link which may help

Re: Our Sky Q remote control is worn out. How do we order a replacement?
I ordered a replacement via my account and told would arrive within 3-5 working days and confirmation email to my sky email also said 3-5 days but it didn't arrive. I queried the delivery date and all I get is I need to speak to someone on the phone for a review. What is that about? I am supposed to be a VIP customer but cannot even get a replacement remote.
