Not heard of that before. Did you complete the form in the link in the post marked as the answer?
Most larger supermarkets sell them which may be quicker.

I ordered it via the form on my account page. In the end I received one but only after threatening to cancel and ringing to order it. I packed my old one sent it to their recycling centre only to find the replacement is defective. The volume buttons do no work, the mute button does not work and the search button does not work. Ironically the reason I went to Sky direct was because I had seen so many complaints from people who had bought a remote from elsewhere which turned out to be faulty.

The Sky Q main box & minis are loaned to you, all the rest belongs to you. How long had you had the original controller? Did you correctly pair the 'free' replacement controller with Sky Q & your tv?
