Ordered sky q and sky sports and still not received this

I have spoken to 2 representatives over the last month and still not received my order

No the engineer has been out as there was a fault on the line but that was around 16 May

What have Sky said is the reason for the delay in installation when you've called? My son ordered Sky Q on 23/11/24 and it was installed exactly a month later on 23/12/24.

They haven't I said I ordered it at beginning of May and nothing then had to ring again and no contact or update on my sky login. I'm at a loss

Was that related to the Q order?

So they have never mentioned an install date? I'll escalate this one I think. You should get a live chat with someone from Sky on here. A red & blue chat bubble will appear on the page. Might take a few hours to get picked up as it's so early.
