On screen msg for new software

Message keeps popping up on screen saying New Software Change List. Asking if we want to update our software but nothing happens when we press Accept or Later. Only way to get the thing off screen is turning tv off and then back on again! Tv still running while msg is on screen but sound only! Happening several times an hour.

@SQeyes  Thats your TV giving that message, you will need to use the TV remote to accept the updates, it's nothing to do with your Sky Q box and the Sky q remote won't help.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
