Not able to watch discovery+

When trying to watch discovery plus it comes up with I must upgrade my subscription but it should be free with sky. I have contacted SKy numerous times and no one has been able to help. This used to be one of the main apps I used but I haven't had access for a year now. Has anyone else had the same issues?

Discovery plus

I haven't been able to watch discovery plus for a year now as when I try to watch a normal programme it tells me I need to upgrade. This used to be one of the main apps I used and now I can't. I have been in touch with sky numerous times and no one has been able to help. Has anyone had the same issues?

Loads of people have this issue. I have been trying for 18 months to get it fixed.

 

sky don't care and just lie to you about trying to fix it.

 

i have raised 3 complaints and they have closed them without talking to me.
