My sky box is making a noise. Like a fan going around and no tv working . I have unplugged the box

They do make some noise and a fan will start if getting hot.

Are you saying it's wasn't showing a picture too?

TV not getting a sky signal

If you've turned it back on and the TV is on the correct input then the box may have failed.

You'll need to call Sky for an engineer to check.

Follow the advice laid out in this Sky help article first and if at the end your problem still exists there is the ability to book an enginner visit via an online link.
