When i want to watch a film on uhd there is no sound. I reset uhd on tv. But still no sound when I went to watch film in uhd. I had to downgrade it to HD and it worked fine.

hi @Bigdavejb
What setting do you have in :
Home - Settings - Setup - Audio Visual
Digital audio output HDMI
If this is set to Dolby Digital Plus & your TV cannot process DD+ or Dolby Atmos then try changing to just Dolby Digital (or Normal)

Re: No sound uhd film
Yah that is exactly what I did in the end as I was not getting audio on some apps either. No idea how the settings got changed in the first place though. Normal dolby sorted out the apps. Have not tried on uhd movies yet but fairly certain this will be sorted as well
