Do I need to return multi-boxes if I renewed multiscreen after accidentally cancelling?

I had an option to renew my sky account at a discounted price. I didn't spot that it was without multiscreeen (which I already had). I did end up adding this to my package a day later but I recently had a return the multi boxes message and packaging sent to my house. Do I need to return the boxes still or can I continue to use them as normal?

I have escalated this one, so Sky can cancel that process and you don't get charged for non-return by mistake
