Looks like you didnt finish your post before sending it?
On a Sky Q box you will have a viewing card in the slot on the right side of your box. The card should be sticking out very slightly, If you push it gently in it should then pop out. Give the card a gentle wipe with a soft dry cloth, then push it back in with the chip again facing up.
