Getting sky tv channels on my new samsung tv model QE65S95FATXXU
Just trying to set up my new tv with my sky q, tv up n working, sky connected via the app on tv but can't get the full sky menu up, can only go up/down one channel at a time, boy it's not easy for me trying to fathom out how to do it, must be an age thing lol, your help in easy instructions would dearly help. Thank you all in advance

@Channers63 There is no Sky Q app on any TV, to setup Sky Q on your New TV you need to connect to one of the HDMI inputs.
There is no setting up required other than connecting to a HDMI input and using your remote to select the correct input.

I'm also getting this issue. I have set up Sky Q on the same TV and when I click on the Sky icon, it just takes me to what ever channel was on previously and doesn't bring the menu up. I have to use the actual Sky remote which is annoying.

It's not an issue - the box is not designed to be fully controlled via the HDMI interface. It's the same limited functionality on LG sets.

It works fine on my other Samsung TV that I have a Sky Q mini box linked to.

Then it will be that Samsung remote mimicking Sky commands. There is nothing to configure on the Sky side (other than HDMI control for CEC).
