No signal or no satellite signal as they are different?

no satellite signal. Since 2 weeks now. My broadband connection is fine and Internet connection is fine.

But the channels are not working.

It says no satellite signal.

Carefully check that the cable connections are secure at the box end and have a look at this troubleshooting
