IF I manage to get a signal, eventually it drops out.... been told that need new box, which agreed to, but no engineer available until next month!!! Phaffff sorry peed off

Unfortunately there are less engineers than 12 months ago and you'll have been provided with the earliest available appointment in your area. Try ringing Sky again in a few days and see if there's a slot following someone cancelling a visit.
