Sky q box keeps freezing with blue light spinning. Have tried turning everything off, unplugging
I switched everything off overnight and turned back on this morning to find the blue light still on the sky box, no response when I press home or standby. Now the blue has gone but the light that should be green is amber and stuck. This has been happening alot recently and usually responds to switching off and on again.
