No signal coming in from my decoder
Hello,
I have not been able to receive signal into my TV since yesterday afternoon.
I noticed some work was being done on the roof of my neighbour's house, so it may have affected my dish.
Can I please have a technical team member come and have a look?

Afraid you are not contacting Sky's customer services on here, this is a customer to customer forum where customers help each other.
