My tv is saying no satellite signal. My wifi is working fine but I can't Access any of my apps, no Netflix no Disney+ so I literally cannot use my tv at all. It's not the weather, nor the satellite dish or anything else they've troubleshooted. I can't get an engineer for another week! But absolutely no service. I can't talk to anyone as it's all automated and I'm livid I'm paying over £100 a month for a service I'm not even receiving.

How much you pay per month is not relevant as it won't get you an engineer any quicker nor should it
The forum can't speed up any engineer visits either.
