Take a look at the troubleshooting on the appropriate section of this link.
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal
You may then need to contact Sky and arrange for an engineer to check the alignment of your dish. Be aware that if you’re on a communal dish system you’ll have to contact your landlord or building management company rather than Sky.

I've done all the trouble shooting and don't want to get an engineer. I can't even get through to sky to speak to someone. Very bad service

Because I can't get throught to speak to anyone and I shouldn't have to pay for an engineer.... I've being a sky customer for 14 years . So to me that is bad service . All maintenance should be included in price .

@Coco Assuming you have SKY Q then the engineer 's visit is included in the cost & you don't have to pay extra

Also if you follow the link @Daniel0210 posted you should be able book an engineer without needing to call
