The status of my satellite is good, some channels, work correctly other say no satellite signal, I have rebooted my router and rebooted my skybox Q box but no difference

If it displays no satellite signal take a look at the troubleshooting here
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-tv-no-satellite-signal-sky-q
It may then give you the opportunity to arrange an engineer to check the alignment of your dish. If you’re on a communal dish system in the UK you’ll have to contact your landlord or building management company rather than Sky.

All, I have discovered the issue one of the satellite cables on the back of the Q Box was loose, confused as to how, this is the first time I've used this forum so I appreciate your help... Thanks
